I found this copy of the Hartford Courant, from March 1945, wrapped around some curtain rods. I unrolled it on this table as you see it and took the photo (from October 1977). The headline reads: "Yanks enter Saarlautern at two points, City afire, Flyers raid Jap Airfields".
