The images in this gallery capture Flushing from the 1950's to the present. Many photos were taken from the same location over this span of time, they show both enduring landmarks and dramatic change. Since constructing this site over 2 years ago I have been continuing to get a great response for pictures from my old home town, now averaging about 20,000 views a month. I will be completing an expanded version of

Northern Boulevard and Prince Street. In the background is a curious similarity of bell towers. The one in the center was once an army-navy store, now a church. Further back is the old Serval Zipper tower, now a U-Haul site. There is another bell tower building, nearby on Parsons and Northern.
