The images in this gallery capture Flushing from the 1950's to the present. Many photos were taken from the same location over this span of time, they show both enduring landmarks and dramatic change. Since constructing this site over 2 years ago I have been continuing to get a great response for pictures from my old home town, now averaging about 20,000 views a month. South West corner of Northern Boulevard and Prince Street. This unusual 1937 long narrow building runs the entire block, it has a clock bell tower in the center, one of three in Flushing. Among other things this was once a party supply store in the 1970's the center section is now a church.
